Terms of Use

Welcome to HipiZipi. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the HipiZipi app for iPhone, iPad, and Android (“the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The app & your license

HipiZipi is a coloring and crafts app for children, intended to be used with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on compatible devices you own or control, in accordance with the terms of the store where you obtained it and these Terms.

For Apple distribution, your use is also governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. For Google Play distribution, your use is also subject to Google Play’s applicable terms. Where these Terms and a store’s mandatory terms differ, those mandatory terms apply to the extent required.

2. Subscription — HipiZipi Unlimited

The App is free to download and includes a selection of free content. An optional auto-renewing subscription, “HipiZipi Unlimited,” unlocks all remaining pictures, puzzles, printable crafts, and unlimited private image imports. Subscription options are:

• Monthly — $2.99 (USD) per month.
• Yearly — $19.99 (USD) per year, which includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.

Prices are in U.S. dollars; prices in other regions are localized by Apple or Google and may vary. Both plans unlock identical content. Apple subscriptions support Family Sharing where enabled and available; Google Play family-payment or sharing features are governed by Google’s own eligibility and terms and are not promised by HipiZipi.

3. Free trial

The 7-day free trial is available on the yearly plan to eligible new subscribers only. Unless you cancel within the period shown by the store at checkout, the trial automatically converts to a paid yearly subscription and your Apple ID or Google Play account is charged. Apple advises canceling at least 24 hours before the trial ends; on Google Play, cancel before the trial ends. Store eligibility and billing terms shown at checkout control.

4. Billing, auto-renewal & cancellation

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when the store confirms the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled within the period shown by the applicable store.
• Your account is charged for renewal at the localized price and time disclosed by Apple or Google.
• You can manage or cancel at any time in Apple Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Purchases and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under that store’s policies; we do not process payments or issue store refunds directly.

5. Parental controls

Purchases and certain features (such as image import, printing, and external parent links) are protected by a parental gate within the App, and store purchases additionally require Apple or Google authentication. Parents are responsible for supervising in-app activity and managing purchases on their store and family accounts.

6. Your content

Artwork you or your child create, and any images you import, remain yours and are stored only on your device. HipiZipi does not upload, host, share, or claim any rights to your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any image you import.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App. In particular, you will not: (a) copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App except as permitted by law; (b) use the App in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose; or (c) attempt to interfere with the App’s intended operation.

8. Intellectual property

The App, including its templates, artwork, characters (including the mascots Hipi and Zipi), design, and software, is owned by HipiZipi and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HipiZipi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
